First Baptist Library is looking forward to their Summer Reading Program, which will be held Wednesdays in June and July, except June 11, which will be skipped  because of VBS being held that week.  The library will be open from 10:00-12:00 with Joyce Hamilton in charge of circulation.  Ethel Spence will assist her.  

    Plan now  to bring your children and grandchildren to the library this summer.  What a wonderful time is planned for the 3's and 4's and for the K-2nd grade (2007-2008 grades)!  The Story Times will be held at 10:30, and they will feature activities such as stories, drama and crafts.

    Leading the 3's and 4's will be Kelly Follis, Bernie Martinez, and Carolyn Crawford.   The K-2nd will be led by Gail Porter, Nona Kay Scales, and David Arnold.

    Children throughout the community are welcome, but they are asked to come with their care-givers, who are welcome to check out from the church's  extensive library for both children and adults. 

Register your children by calling 379-0057 or by e-mailing the library at mail@fbclibrary.com.  Simply give the names and ages of the children and their telephone number.
